FAQs

Will there be a performance?

This event does not include a performance; however, guests will enjoy an exclusive onstage rehearsal from 12-1pm.

Where can I park?

Parking is available at the Mercer Street Garage (650 3rd Avenue North, Seattle, WA, 98109). The entrance to the garage is on 3rd Avenue North between Mercer Street and Roy Street. A covered skybridge connects level C of the garage to McCaw Hall. A link for pre-paid parking passes will be sent to guests once they have purchased event tickets.

What if I cannot attend for the full two hours?

While we strongly encourage guests to stay for the full event, we understand that not everyone’s schedules will allow for it. Feel free to reach out to the Events Team at events@pnb.org to discuss your options.

I’m interested in purchasing a table but don’t have all my guest’s information yet. Can I still purchase the tickets?

Yes! A member of our events team will reach out to you by January 10th to get your guest’s information and meal selections.

My organization is interested in sponsoring the Spotlight Luncheon. What kind of benefits does that include?

Please reach out to grants@pnb.org. We would love to talk to you about your organization and how we can work together in impactful and meaningful ways!
