PNB launched the year-round student choreography course, just for young women, called New Voices: Choreography and Process for Young Women in Dance in 2018. As a leader in the field, PNB wants to remove barriers, and formally encourage women to pursue choreography, currently a field relatively few women enter. New Voices helps create a formal structure to explore the art of dance-making.
